The first stage of the proHear project envisages a thorough research by means of desk research, literature review, identification of good practices and success stories, on-line surveys and interviews, both among representatives of the target group and actual/potential employers of people with hearing impairments.
The surveys are carried out among minimum 25 hearing impaired people in each country and 5 employers. Whereas, the semi-structured interviews are made with 3 hearing impaired people and 2 employers in each partner country.
As a result, four National reports and a Synthesis Report, presenting the Survey and Gap Analysis’ findings, are produced.
The Executive Summary of the Survey and Gap Analysis Synthesis Report is availvable here.
